Das Haus wrapped up a very successful stop in Tempe, Arizona this past Tuesday, January 30th. Overall, more than 3,000 visitors visited the pavilion for the Grand Opening ceremony, Net-Zero Green Building Conference, Guided Tours, and networking events with industry experts and political decision makers. Visit the Media Library for pictures and video coverage of Tempe events.
Leisa B. Brug, energy policy advisor to Arizona Governor Jan Brewer and director of the Governor‘s Office of Energy Policy had this to say about dasHAUS’s time in Tempe: “Das Haus demonstrates the ultimate in energy savings. A net zero‘ strategy combines the best of both worlds in terms of energy-saving and renewable energy generation technologies, and is a great way to envision how these strategies can offer energy opportunities for Arizona as we move into the future”.
The dasHAUS tour would like to extend a special thanks to the City of Tempe, the State of Arizona, and all of our local partners for making the exhibition such a success.
Das Haus now continues on to San Francisco, where from February 17-26, the tour will be hosted at the historic Fort Mason Center for the fourth stop of its North American Tour. For more information please visit: http://sanfrancisco.dashaustour.com/
